Mikellikaseiiniproteiinijauhe | Naked Casein - 1 lb

Took it before bed for a week now, and I’m waking up genuinely less hungry than usual. The fact that it’s just micellar casein—no fillers—makes the slightly gritty texture feel like proof it’s the real deal.

The thickness of this shake is exactly what I wanted for a bedtime snack—it’s like a pudding that actually keeps my stomach quiet until morning. Since it’s just micellar casein from US farms, I don’t worry about weird additives, and one scoop before sleep genuinely makes the next day’s hunger easier

Mixes into a thick shake that keeps me full through the afternoon, so I'm not reaching for snacks every hour. Nice that it’s just one ingredient, no weird fillers or additives.
