Mikellikaseiiniproteiinijauhe | Naked Casein - 2LB

I'm a slow eater and usually feel hungry again an hour after dinner, but this stuff genuinely keeps me full until morning. Mixed with water it's a bit thick, which I actually like because it feels like a pudding shake before bed.

The texture is surprisingly smooth for a casein, and it actually keeps me full until morning without that heavy feeling. I've used other slow-release proteins before, but this one has no weird aftertaste, which makes it easy to stick with my pre-bed routine.

The ingredient list is just a single word, which is exactly what I wanted from a slow-digesting protein. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle and keeps me full right through the morning after a bedtime shake.
