Glutamin-Kapseln | Naked Glutamine

I’ve been adding these to my post-workout shake for a couple weeks now, and the way they dissolve is honestly a game-changer—no clumping at the bottom of my shaker. My recovery feels noticeably smoother after heavy leg days.

These dissolve so fast I barely even need water to get them down, which matters when I'm rushing to refuel post-workout. My recovery feels noticeably smoother since I added them to my routine, and the capsules are easy to split if I want a half dose.

I've been taking these after leg day and the rapid absorption really makes a difference—I notice less soreness the next morning compared to the powder I used before. Capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave that chalky aftertaste.
